You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for any dispute arising under these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will post the revised version on the Site with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
