Important Return Information
- Store Credit Only: Eligible returns will receive store credit issued as a digital gift card.
- Return Window: 14 days from the date shown on your shipping delivery confirmation. Returns received after 14 days will be rejected and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, a digital gift card will be emailed to you. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
Restocking Fee Notice:
Accounts that purchase 10 or more items within a 6-month period and maintain a return rate of 70% or higher will incur a $10 restocking fee. Koo De Ker LLC reserves the right to monitor accounts, apply fees, refuse service, or close accounts if abuse is detected.

International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and customs charges. These fees are not refundable and are not included in store credit.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at service@koodeker.us with your order number and return request.
- Once approved, ship your item to the return address above. Retain your tracking number for your records.
- After inspection, store credit will be issued via digital gift card within 3–5 business days.
